Set on 12 acres that were once part of a 450-acre dairy farm, this quaint B&B is 1.9 miles from the historic town of Dandridge and 2.7 miles from Dandridge Municipal Park on Douglas Lake.

The 3 unique rooms offer en suite bathrooms, TVs with DVD players, and Wi-Fi. Some have ornamental fireplaces.

Full breakfast is served in the dining room or on a screened-in veranda; continental breakfast is also available. Shared spaces include a wraparound porch with rocking chairs, a living room and a library, plus gardens and a gazebo that are available for weddings. There's overnight boarding for guests' horses too (fee). Children over age 12 are welcome.
