The Popcorn Sutton Memorial Jam is an annual music festival held at the Cocke County Fairgrounds in Newport, Tennessee. Celebrating Appalachian heritage, mountain music, and the legacy of legendary moonshiner Popcorn Sutton, the festival draws visitors from across East Tennessee and the Smoky Mountain region.
