The spacious concourse designs present exquisite views of Knoxville and the delightfully landscaped World's Fair Park. A natural theme reflecting the majesty of the mountains is carried throughout the interior design creating a calming atmosphere.
The center serves as a site for many public shows, conventions, seminars, banquets, exhibitions, weddings, concerts and sports competitions. The center also houses two service providers. PSAV can provide all Audio/Visual needs while Shepard Exposition Services can provide pipe & drape, carpeting or other décor for any show. Catering is also an exceptional experience for any event at the Knoxville Convention Center. The Catering Sales Team can offer operational and menu advice. Event planners can be as creative as they'd like - even with themed parties and events. If the theme is just plain "down to Earth," the catering staff can do that, too! Buffets with specialty linens and décor for events are also available.
