Williams Creek Golf Course

Quick Info

The Williams Creek Golf Course is an 18-hole, Tom Fazio designed par-3 championship golf course located two miles east of downtown Knoxville. This challenging layout offers three sets of tee boxes with holes ranging from 85 to 245 yards, large, fast, undulating bent grass greens, and 98 acres of natural rolling terrain filled with creeks, lakes, natural areas, and an abundance of wildlife.
The facility is complete with a quality practice area including a full driving range, chipping green with a greenside bunker, and a large putting green. Our clubhouse, a restored schoolhouse, includes a pro shop, snack bar, a banquet room with a balcony overlooking the course, and a computer lab for The First Tee Studies. We also provide free WiFi, rental equipment, and lessons from PGA/LPGA Professionals.
Since opening in July of 2003, the course has received rave reviews and has hosted many charity events and group outings. Being able to play a round in 3 hours makes it a perfect place for events of any size.
With the facility located so close to downtown, it is great place to have an outing. To get here, use James White Parkway and exit onto Summit Hill Drive. Take Summit Hill east and it will turn into Dandridge Avenue at the intersection with East Hill Avenue. Follow to 5-way stop and continue on Dandridge, the road behind the convenience store, one half mile and our entrance will be on the left. We are a Softspikes only facility and a cart path only facility as well. Please call ahead for tee times. Our main seasonal hours of operation are 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

The Wee Course, dedicated by The First Tee of Greater Knoxville, is a newly constructed three-hole short course located adjacent to the Williams Creek Golf Course. The Wee Course will allow youth enrolled in The First Tee golf program to have a designated play and practice area. The yardage of the short course ranges from 75 to 100 yards.
Since its inception in 2003, The First Tee of Greater Knoxville has enrolled more than 6,000 children in the nationally recognized The First Tee Life Skills Experience Curriculum. The First Tee program, including its many outreach initiatives is expected to expand to serve more than 9,500 children and young adults by 2014.
